If you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply, based on the tour start date and time.

• If there are 14 days or more until the tour start dateCancellation fee: 10% (90% refund)
• If there are 7 to 14 days until the tour start dateCancellation fee: 20% (80% refund)
• If the tour start date is more than 72 hours but less than 7 days awayCancellation fee: 50% (50% refund)
• From 72 hours before the tour start date and timeCancellation fee: 100% (non-refundable)

Refunds upon cancellation

In the event of a cancellation due to customer reasons, the amount minus the above cancellation fee will be refunded via the payment method used.

The time it takes for a refund to be processed and actually reflected in the customer's account varies depending on the payment service, credit card company, etc.

Regarding tour cancellations due to inclement weather or operational decisions.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours at our discretion due to inclement weather, insufficient snow cover, course conditions, machine malfunctions, or other safety reasons.

If we cancel the tour before it begins, we will refund the full tour price (however, payment processing fees may not be refundable), or we will reschedule the tour to another date at your request.

Please note that we cannot compensate for any expenses incurred by the customer other than the tour price, such as transportation costs to the destination, accommodation costs, etc.

Furthermore, for safety reasons, we may decide to change, suspend, or cancel the tour even after it has started, depending on the weather, snow conditions, course conditions, etc.

In the event of a tour cancellation, we will contact you at the phone number you registered, so please be sure to enter a correct phone number where you can be reached on the day of the tour.

YUKISATO Snowmobile Tours (hereinafter referred to as "this service") is an outdoor activity conducted using snowmobiles in a natural environment with snow cover, and by its nature, it involves falls, collisions, tumbles, sudden changes in weather or snow quality, and other unpredictable dangers and inherent risks.

Customers participating in this service are expected to fully understand these risks and dangers and to participate at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Studio Japaho Co., Ltd., the organizer, and its officers, employees, guides, staff, subcontractors, and other parties involved in this service shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, physical disabilities, deaths, theft, loss, damage to property, delays, disputes with third parties, or other damages arising from participation in this service, except in cases attributable to the organizer or related parties.

Furthermore, Studio Japaho Co., Ltd., guides, staff, and related parties shall not be held liable to the extent permitted by law for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the customer's own negligence, operational errors, failure to follow the instructions of the guide or staff, incomplete information provided, physical condition, or other circumstances on the customer's side.

Studio Japaho Co., Ltd. does not guarantee the weather, temperature, snow depth, snow quality, visibility, or other natural conditions at the time of this service.

For the safety of our customers and to ensure proper operation, Studio Japaho Co., Ltd. or the assigned guide may change the tour route, content, duration, etc., or cancel or interrupt the tour at their discretion.

Furthermore, this service may be changed, suspended, or interrupted due to inclement weather, insufficient snow cover, avalanches or other natural conditions, the condition of roads and facilities, government requests, equipment or snowmobile malfunctions or problems, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of any changes, cancellations, or interruptions due to reasons beyond the control of Studio Japaho Co., Ltd., Studio Japaho Co., Ltd., guides, staff, and related parties shall not be held liable to the extent permitted by law for any damages or expenses incurred by the customer, including transportation costs, accommodation costs, travel itinerary change costs, or other damages or expenses, as a result of such changes, cancellations, or interruptions.

Please note that all customers participating in this service will be required to review the risks and participation conditions of this service at the time of registration on the day of the tour, and to sign a waiver and consent form provided by Studio Japaho Co., Ltd.
